Estate Pinot noir producer in the hills outside Dallas, owned by Dena Drews and Ernie Pink, who bought a former cherry orchard in 1999 and turned it into a vineyard. Their first crush of estate fruit was in 2006, in a gravity-flow winery among the vines, and they earlier sold grapes to producers including Beaux Frères, Cristom and Elk Cove.
