Dundee winery founded in 1987 by Rollin Soles and Brian Croser in a former nut-processing plant, with sparkling wine as its signature. Lion Nathan acquired it with Croser's Petaluma company, and it is now owned by Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners.
