Shared winemaking facility in Carlton opened in 2002 by Eric Hamacher, Luisa Ponzi and Ned and Kirsten Lumpkin, after Oregon law changed to let several independent wineries share one facility. Early tenants included Hamacher Wines, Lazy River and Andrew Rich.
